In the Announcement on Relevant Issues on the Application of Value-added Tax Policies, it is clearly stipulated that the sales of medical devices, communication equipment, computers and software, railroad rolling stock and rail transportation equipment, aerospace equipment, ships, electric power equipment, petroleum and petrochemical equipment, and machine tools belonging to the production of fixed assets are exempted from value-added tax.
The dosing machine, as a kind of medical equipment, therefore also belongs to the category of this type of equipment.
