I. Army Procurement
Army procurement refers to the activities of the relevant organizations of the army to acquire army materials, works and services by using certain procurement methods, procedures and techniques.
II. Army Material Procurement
Army Material Procurement refers to the use of military funds (including extra-budgetary funds) by the army units to obtain the materials needed for equipment, training, construction, work and life.
The items procured by the army from private enterprises can be divided into four categories
Category A products mainly include:
①General-purpose equipment ②Special-purpose equipment
③Traffic and transportation equipment ④Electrical machinery and equipment
⑤Communication equipment, computers and other electronic equipment
Category B products mainly include:
Textiles, clothing, leather, food, furniture, medicine
Textile, clothing, leather, food, furniture, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, instruments, raw materials, chemical materials, sports and cultural equipment, office equipment and other products.
C products mainly include:
① distribution and transportation;
② information transmission, computer services and software, preparation, analysis, testing, etc.;
③ logistics and distribution.
