Trademark Classification and Usage

Trademark classification refers to the division and categorization of trademarks according to different classification methods. At present, the common international trademark classification method is the Nice Classification, according to the provisions of the International Trademark Classification, the Nice Classification divides trademarks into 34 categories. The specific classifications are as follows:
