2. Obligations of medical staff: Medical ethics obligations mainly refer to the duties that medical staff should perform morally. Not on the premise of enjoying certain rights and remuneration; It is not an external compulsion, but a voluntary obligation based on a correct understanding of the interests of society and others and a deep friendship for patients.

Article 1 This Law is formulated with a view to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of doctors, standardizing their practice, strengthening the construction of doctors' team, protecting people's health and promoting the construction of a healthy China.
Seventh doctors can organize and participate in medical associations and other related industry organizations and professional academic groups according to law.
Doctors' associations and other relevant industry organizations should strengthen industry self-discipline and doctors' practice norms, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of doctors, and assist health authorities and other relevant departments to carry out related work.
Article 22 Doctors shall enjoy the following rights in their practice:

Article 23 Doctors shall perform the following obligations in their practice:
(a) to establish professional spirit, abide by professional ethics, perform the duties of doctors, treat patients with due diligence, and implement public health measures such as epidemic prevention and control;
(two) follow the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and abide by the clinical technical operation norms and medical ethics norms;
(three) respect, care and care for patients, and protect patients' privacy and personal information according to law;
(four) study hard, update knowledge, improve the technical ability and level of medical specialty, and improve the quality of medical and health services;
(five) publicity and promotion of health science knowledge suitable for the post, health education and health guidance for patients and the public;
(six) other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.
