The second sewage treatment plant in Suzhou Industrial Park has a total designed sewage treatment capacity of 300,000 tons/day. It is one of the two sewage treatment plants planned in the park, mainly collecting and treating urban sewage in the south of the park. This project was included in the pollution control project of Taihu Lake Basin in the State Council during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, and it is also the largest newly-built sewage treatment plant in Jiangsu Province, which was built in full accordance with the sewage discharge standard of Taihu Lake Basin. The designed sewage treatment capacity of the first phase project is 65.438+500,000 tons/day, with a total investment of 408 million yuan. The second sewage treatment plant in the park is connected with the first sewage treatment plant in the park, which is a backup for each other; The first phase of the project will be put into operation at the end of 2009, which greatly improves the safety of the sewage treatment system in the park; The sewage treatment plant is invested and constructed by Qingyuan Huayan Water Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Municipal Public Development Group Co., Ltd. In 2007, the first phase of the second sewage treatment plant in Suzhou Industrial Park started. It will be put into trial operation in September 2009. This project is the largest newly-built sewage treatment plant in the province listed in the national 11th Five-Year Plan, and it is also the first newly-built sewage treatment plant in the province that is completely built according to the discharge standard of Taihu Lake Basin. Connecting with the first sewage treatment plant in the park and calling each other will greatly improve the safety of the sewage treatment system in the park.
