A generator usually consists of a stator, a rotor, an end cover and a bearing. Stator is composed of stator core, winding, frame and other structural components for fixing these components. The rotor consists of rotor core (or magnetic pole, magnetic choke coil) winding, retaining ring, center ring, slip ring, fan and shaft.
The stator and rotor of the generator are connected and assembled through the bearing and the end cover, so that the rotor rotates in the stator, cuts off the magnetic field lines, generates an induced potential, leads out through the terminal, and is connected to the circuit to generate current.
Preventive measures for generators:
1, computer room operators should abide by the safety operation procedures, wear work clothes and insulating shoes, and the crew should have a clear division of labor;
2, check the flywheel and generator part of the railing cover are in good condition;
3. Check the gearbox, clutch, governor, oil level and fasteners. Confirm that it is in good condition and the oil-water temperature is not lower than 20 degrees before starting;
4. Set the pipeline gate of each system in the "working" position;
5. Check the connecting bolts of the transmission mechanism and tighten them;
6. Check whether the clutch handle pressure is normal and whether the overspeed safety device is in place;
7. Check whether the cylinder pressure is normal and whether the overspeed safety device is in place;
8. Open the drain valve of the air pump;
