2. Service life of non-operating buses (including cars and off-road vehicles) with 9 seats or less 15 years. If it needs to be used continuously after reaching the scrapping standard, it does not need approval. After passing the inspection, the service life can be extended, and the inspection is conducted twice a year. More than 20 years, starting from 2 1 year, check regularly 4 times a year.
3. Service life of light, medium and heavy trucks, tourist buses and non-operating buses with more than 9 seats 10 year. Deferred tourist buses are inspected regularly 4 times a year. More than 9 non-operating buses that are postponed for retirement are regularly inspected twice a year. For products that have been used for more than 15 years, inspection shall be conducted four times a year from 16.
4. The service life of running buses is adjusted to 10 year. If it is necessary to continue to use after reaching the scrapping standard, it shall be handled in accordance with the examination and approval procedures, and the scrapping shall not exceed 4 years. During the extended service period, regular inspections shall be conducted four times a year.
5. The service life of mopeds and motorcycles is 9 years. If it needs to be used continuously after reaching the scrapping standard, it does not need approval. The extension period of waste products shall not exceed 3 years. During the extended service period, regular inspections shall be conducted four times a year.
6, operating vehicles into non-operating vehicles and non-operating vehicles into operating vehicles shall be scrapped in accordance with the provisions of the operating vehicle life (8 years).
