There are 2 props on the top, the left one is painkiller, and the right one is sterile gauze. On the right, there are also 2 items, the curved scissors are called "Tactical Medical Scissors", and the one on the right is a medical bandage.
Below that are 3 props, the big one is obviously a bandage, the top right is an antibiotic, and the bottom right is medical tape. Other than the scalpel, which is absent, these 10 props mentioned earlier are the same as in the endgame.
Let's compare the endgame medical kit again, and we can see that there are 2 significant differences between the endgame medical kit, in addition to better details. There are 4 items on the left side of the endgame medical kit, and the 3rd item is the "scalpel", which is not in the handheld medical kit.
There's also a slight difference in the center of the endgame medical kit, which has 2 bandages, but the center of the handheld "all-around medical kit" has 2 reddish cylinders, so what are these two cylinders?
If you are a little late to the game, you may not even know that there is a new prop that has survived only 54 days, called the "signal battery".
On May 8, last year, after the stimulation of the battlefield into the peace elite, the game added a new "signal value" mechanism, in the poisonous circle will continue to drop the "signal value", the signal value of the low will lead to aggravation of the hit, the signal value is finished will also be directly eliminated.
At the time, there were only 2 ways to replenish the signal value, the first was to use the "omnipotent medical kit", which could directly replenish the signal value. The second was to use the new prop "Signal Battery", which could restore 50 points of signal value with one.
But on July 1, Photon removed this new item and replaced it with an energy-based medicine, and the Signal Battery survived for just 54 days before being removed.
Of course, the function of the Omni-Medic box to restore signal value was also retained, so now we see these 2 reddish cylinders in the Omni-Medic box, that is the Signal Battery, each restoring 50 points of signal value, 2 Signal Batteries is to restore 100 points!
The signal value mechanic has been retained and the signal battery has been replaced, but the Omni-Medic Kit still restores signal value because of these 2 batteries inside!
