To implement the transformation in the form of technology shares, not less than 50% of the amount of the results of the shares as rewards and compensation, the shareholders to enjoy the corresponding rights and interests of the shares.
If the transformation is carried out in the form of technology transfer, no less than 50% of the after-tax profit from the technology transfer can be used for one-time incentives and remunerations.
If a unit implements the transformation on its own or cooperates with others to implement the transformation, it may, for five consecutive years, withdraw no less than 20% of the annual after-tax profit from the implementation of the achievement for the incentives and remunerations.
The personnel who have made major contributions in research and development and transformation of achievements shall receive a share of not less than 50% of the total rewards and remuneration. Article 8 institutions of higher learning, secondary specialized schools, scientific research institutions and other state-owned institutions with practical value of scientific and technological achievements in the results of the completion of one year after the implementation of the transformation has not been implemented, scientific and technological achievements and participants in the scientific and technological achievements in the completion of the premise does not change the ownership of the scientific and technological achievements, according to the agreement with the host institution to carry out the scientific and technological achievements of the transformation, and to enjoy the rights and interests agreed upon in the agreement.
