Instructions for Submission of Chinese Journal of Radiation Medicine and Protection

1.1 Manuscripts should be scientific, innovative and practical, with clear arguments, reliable information, concise text, clear hierarchy, accurate data, standardized charts and graphs, and should be statistically processed if necessary. Essays, reviews, lectures, etc. (including charts and references to the space occupied) generally not more than 6000 words, short essays not more than 2000 words.

1.2 Manuscripts must be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from the organization. The letter of recommendation should indicate the review of the manuscript, as well as no double submissions, no confidentiality, no disputes over authorship, and so on. Once found a double cast, will be immediately returned; and once found a double use, the journal will be published in the article is a duplication of the statement published in the Chinese Medical Association series of journals, and in 2 years to refuse to the first author of the article as the signature of any manuscript. In addition, the manuscript can be published in different languages in parallel to foreign magazines, but the order of authorship must be the same in both domestic and foreign publications.

1.3 If the subject of the paper is related to a national or provincial fund or a research project, it should be indicated in the footnote at the bottom left of the title page, e.g., "Fund Project: National Natural Science Foundation of China (project number in parentheses)".

1.4 According to the regulations of the Journal of the Chinese Medical Association (CMA) on the collection of processing fees, from 2009 onwards, the journal shall pay a processing fee of 100 RMB for incoming manuscripts (50 RMB for members of the CMA, a copy of the membership card must be attached). After the adoption is confirmed, the appropriate publication fee will be charged. The editorial office will first send the notification form to the author to pay the publication fee, which will be paid by the author's organization; those who have difficulties can apply for a reduction or waiver. Those who print color pictures need to pay for the cost of printing color pictures, which can be paid by the author's unit from the project fund, scientific research fee or other expenses. After the publication of the manuscript, the author will be remunerated, and two copies of the current issue of the journal will be given to the authors.

1.5 Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the author will sign a letter of transfer of the copyright of the paper, and the exclusive right of use will be vested in the Chinese Medical Association. The Chinese Medical Association has the right to publish the papers accepted for publication in electronic journals, CD-ROM editions and other means, and no part of the paper may be reproduced elsewhere without the consent of the Chinese Medical Association.

1.6 Since July 2009, the journal has activated the online manuscript processing system of the Chinese Medical Association, which allows you to log in and register to submit your manuscripts and check the processing status at any time. In order to avoid graphical changes caused by the differences in the format of the electronic version, a paper copy of the manuscript must be sent by mail at the same time, together with a letter of recommendation from the organization.
