A, CNC lathe introduction

CNC lathe is one of the more widely used CNC machine tools. It is mainly used for shaft parts or disk parts of the internal and external cylindrical surface, any cone angle of the internal and external conical surface, complex rotary internal and external surfaces and cylindrical, tapered threads and other cutting, and can be grooved, drilling, reaming, reaming and boring.

Two, CNC lathe machine components

1, host

He is the main body of the CNC machine tool, including the machine body, column, spindle, feed mechanism and other mechanical components. He is used to complete a variety of mechanical components of cutting processing.

2, CNC device

is the core of CNC machine tools, including hardware (printed circuit boards, CRT monitors, key boxes, paper tape readers, etc.) and the corresponding software, used to enter the digital parts program, and complete the storage of the input information, the transformation of the data, interpolation algorithms, as well as the realization of various control functions.

3, drive device

He is the actuator of the CNC machine tool drive components, including the spindle drive unit, feed unit, spindle motor and feed motor. He is under the control of the CNC device through the electrical or electro-hydraulic servo system to realize the spindle and feed drive. When several feed linkage, it can complete the positioning, straight line, plane curve and space curve processing.

4, auxiliary devices

This refers to some of the necessary supporting components of the CNC machine tool to ensure that the operation of the CNC machine tool, such as cooling, chip removal, lubrication, lighting, monitoring and so on. It includes hydraulic and pneumatic devices, chip removal devices, exchange table, CNC rotary table and CNC indexing head, but also includes the tool and monitoring detection devices.
