He was a technician of Heilongjiang Medical Device Factory, an assistant worker of Provincial Medical Device Research Institute, deputy head and head of the technical section of Provincial Medical Device Industry Company, director and chief engineer of Provincial Medical Device Factory, director of Enterprise Management Office of Heilongjiang Health Department, and director of Lead Printing Office of Provincial Health Department. Now he is the director and researcher of the comprehensive management office of Haci Science and Technology Research Institute of Haci Group Company. He also serves as secretary-general of provincial health industry enterprise management association, member of provincial biomedical engineering society, director of provincial quality management association, (national health industry newspaper) special reporter and Heilongjiang reporter station, editorial board member of Medical Engineer magazine, special reporter of China Healthcare Management magazine, director of China Medical Equipment and Application Technology Association, director of National Health Industry Enterprise Management Association, and national metrological authentication reviewer. He is also the director of China Medical Equipment and Application Technology Association, the director of National Health Industry Enterprise Management Association, and the reviewer of National Measurement Certification.
