Why does the printer spit out the receipt without printing it?

When using the printer, every time you put it in and spit it out without printing, it is caused by a setting error. The solution is:

1. Select the area you want to print and click Page layout, print area inside, set print area. As shown in the picture

2. After setting, click the icon in the upper left corner to open the options, select Print Preview in Print to see if there is the required information. As shown in the picture

3. There is an extra piece of white paper after printing because there is a blank space in the printing area and it is also printed. As shown in the picture

4. Re-select the printing area to solve this problem. As shown in the figure

1. When printing labels, some words always cannot be printed

Solution: Clean the print head; also check whether the words to be printed overlap during typesetting, and retype the typesetting.

2. When the printer is printing, it always displays that there is no paper or no ribbon.

Cause: The paper is out or the ribbon is wrong; it is caused by sending an incorrect operation command.

Solution: Check whether the paper or ribbon is correct; adjust the parameters on the machine, use the printing software to set the layout correctly and then print.
