The plastic tray is made of plastic and molded by processing plastic. The molding methods of plastic cushion blocks mainly include:
1, injection molding method
Injection molding process is a method of heating and melting thermoplastic masterbatch, applying high pressure, injecting it into metal mold and cooling. Injection molding pallet products are flat, smooth, crisp and compact, and product design freedom is greater.
2. Extrusion-hollow blow molding method
Blow molding process refers to blowing a hot mold enclosed in a mold into a hollow tray with the help of gas pressure. Generally, it is used to produce large-scale double-sided plastic pallets, which requires large-scale extruders, clamping machines and molds. It has the advantages of fast molding speed, good product quality, high strength and rigidity, and long service life.
3. Vacuum suction molding method
Vacuum blister forming process is a hot forming processing method, which relies on vacuum force to stretch and deform the sheet, and with the help of air pressure difference or mechanical pressure on both sides of the sheet, it is deformed and covered on a specific mold contour surface. This method requires large-scale vacuum suction equipment, with low equipment cost and low die cost, but the wall thickness of the product is uneven.
4. Extrusion molding method
The plastic tray produced by this method is assembled, and the slats used as the upper and lower panels and the I-shaped connecting plate with composite wings used as the connecting bracket are extruded by extruders, molds and other equipment, and then assembled. The advantages of this method are less investment in production equipment and molds, low cost and quite good cost performance.
Two. Introduction of Blow Molding Pallet Process
The plastic pallet made by blow molding process has the advantages of large bearing capacity, high impact strength and long service life, and it is a mainstream plastic pallet forming process. The production process of blow-molded pallet is as follows:
1, raw material * * * mixing: PP material or PE material or their combination are mixed together and poured into an extruder.
2. Extrusion plasticization: Plastic raw materials are extruded by an extruder to form plastic parisons.
3. Blow molding: close the flap mold on the parison, clamp the mold to cut off the parison, and blow it to the cold wall of the mold cavity for molding.
4. Exhaust and mold opening: when cooling, adjust the opening and maintain a certain pressure, then open the mold and unload the blow-molded parts.
5. Post-processing: the operation such as flash is mainly completed, and the finished product can be obtained after processing.
