Versuni is a separate Philips appliance from the Philips system.
Versuni is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and is a global company that integrates innovation, research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service in more than 100 countries. The new company name, Versuni, marks a new milestone for Philips Home Appliances since its separation from Royal Philips in September 2021 and its acquisition by the global investment firm, High Tide Capital. High Tide Capital is helping the company achieve long-term sustainable growth with digital innovation and empowerment. Starting in 2023, Versuni will promote and utilize a new and unique corporate identity globally.
