Working principle and process of liquid injection machine

Electrolyte is injected into the limited inner cavity of the battery through a specific process.

1. First, put the container or product to be injected with liquid on the station of the liquid injection machine, and fix the position to ensure the accuracy of liquid injection. The liquid injection machine supplies liquid to the liquid injection head or nozzle of the liquid injection machine through a liquid storage tank, a pipeline or a pump.

2. Secondly, the liquid injection machine adopts control system to control parameters such as liquid flow, pressure and injection speed. These control systems can be operated manually or automatically, and selected according to specific requirements and application scenarios. Under the control of the liquid injection control system, the liquid is injected into the container or product through the liquid injection head or nozzle. The way of liquid injection can be quantitative injection, timed injection or injection according to the signals fed back by other sensors.

3. Finally, when the liquid is injected into the container or product according to the set requirements, the liquid injection machine stops supplying the liquid to complete the liquid injection process. After the liquid injection is completed, the liquid injection machine will discharge the container or product after the liquid injection, and carry out necessary cleaning and maintenance work to prepare for the next liquid injection operation.
