During the centralized medical observation, the centralized medical observation can only be terminated if the nucleic acid test is negative at the time of admission and on the 4th, 7th, 1 0 and 4th day of centralized isolation. 1 day and the seventh day of home health monitoring, a nucleic acid test was conducted, and the health monitoring was released only after the test result was negative. Those who have been quarantined at overseas ports in Fujian Province for 14 days and returned to Fuzhou within 2 1 day after entry will still be monitored at home until 2 1 day, and at the same time, 1 nucleic acid test will be carried out after entry into Fuzhou and before the home health monitoring is released.
2. Strictly carry out 14-day centralized medical observation for people coming (returning) to Fuzhou in high-risk areas, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the first 1 day and the first 14 day of medical observation, and only those with negative test results can terminate medical observation;
3. Strictly carry out 14-day home medical observation on those who come (return) to Fuzhou in the middle risk area, and carry out nucleic acid detection on 1 day and 14-day of medical observation, and the medical observation can only be terminated if the test results are negative;
4. Family health monitoring was carried out for 14 days for people coming (returning) to Fuzhou from other low-risk areas in the city where the high school risk area is located, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1 day and 14 days respectively. Only when the test result is negative can the health monitoring be released.
5. The health code of people coming (returning) to Fuzhou in low-risk areas is green, and their body temperature is normal. Under the premise of personal protection, they can move freely and orderly in Fuzhou.

Article 21 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, medical institutions must strictly implement the management system and operational norms stipulated by the health administrative department of the State Council to prevent iatrogenic infection and hospital infection of infectious diseases.
Medical institutions shall designate special departments or personnel to undertake the epidemic report of infectious diseases, the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the prevention of infectious diseases in the responsible areas, and undertake the monitoring of risk factors related to hospital infection in medical activities, safety protection, disinfection and isolation, and medical waste disposal.
Disease prevention and control institutions shall designate special persons to be responsible for guiding, evaluating and conducting epidemiological investigations on the prevention of infectious diseases in medical institutions.
