Tianhai Automotive Electronics Group Company (referred to as Tianhai Group) is located in Hebi City, Henan Province, with Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the east and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway in the west. It is the largest connector R&D and production base and emerging automobile electronic product production base in China, with 100 key enterprises in Henan Province, outstanding private enterprises in Henan Province, key export enterprises in Henan Province and national large-scale second-class industrial enterprises. Through reorganization and strategic reorganization, Tianhai Group went public in Singapore in August 2007, and acquired kensa Company of the United States in February 2008 to realize transnational operation.
Chinese name Hebi Tianhai Group mainly produces automobile connectors and insurance films in Hebi City, Henan Province, and realizes transnational operation.
Since 1979, the group has developed connectors for automobiles, 1986 has drafted national professional standards for wiring harness connectors for automobiles, and in 2004, national professional standards for central electrical junction boxes and fuses for automobiles have been drafted. Using CAD, PRO/E and UG technology, the synchronous development with the main engine factory is realized.
The group mainly produces and operates five categories: automobile connectors, safety films, automobile wire harnesses, special equipment for producing wire harnesses and automobile electronic products. Products provide supporting services for major domestic OEMs and are exported to the United States, Australia, Italy and other countries.
WEDM, CNC precision EDM, CNC stamping center, fully automatic CNC injection molding machine, CMM, tensile testing machine and other precision experimental facilities are all imported from the United States, Germany, Japan, Switzerland and other countries, providing a solid foundation for ensuring product quality. The Group has passed ISO/TS 16949 quality system certification and ISO 14000 environmental system certification, enabling the Group's products to directly enter the international market.
