According to the "People's Republic of China *** and the State Contract Law" relevant provisions, in accordance with the principle of equality and mutual benefit, in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the lessor and the lessee, the two sides signed the contract by mutual consensus.
Article 1: In principle, the company does not lease the equipment for use for less than one month. Where the lessee is less than one month of the lease period, and the urgent need to use the equipment, the lease fee is calculated for the whole month.

Payment of rental fee and period: Leasing fee from the date of pickup of the rental fee. Leasing fee is settled on a monthly basis, with the first day of each month as the settlement date. The date of return of all the leased goods is the date of the lease fee settlement
Article 3: Deposit
In principle, according to the cost of leased equipment, the deposit shall not be less than 15% of the cost price, the deposit to be returned to all the leased goods acceptance against the rent or as compensation settlement, the first deposit and then pick up the goods.
Article 4: the time, place and acceptance of the delivery of leased goods
After the signature of both parties to this contract, the lessee issued a list of equipment used. The lessor will be responsible for the transportation, and the freight charges will be settled directly by the site. Pick up the leased goods on the spot acceptance, and mechanical integrity procedures, return should be clean, or should be added to the removal costs.
Article 5: Custody, maintenance and use of leased materials
First, the lessee of the leased materials to be properly stored, leased materials returned, the two sides to check the acceptance of the leased materials, such as poor storage of improper use or intentionally caused by the leased materials damaged, lost, the lessee should be in accordance with the price of compensation table to the lessor compensation.
Second, the lessee's rented materials shall not be exchanged, or compensated in accordance with the price list of leased goods.
Third, the lessee shall not hit the eye welding on the leased goods, hold the bend, or else compensate according to the first paragraph of this article compensation.
Article 6: The lessee shall not transfer and sublet the leased goods to a third party without the consent of the lessor, nor shall it be sold or used as collateral.
Article 7: The lessor shall not require the lessee to return the leased materials in advance during the contract period, or bear the responsibility for breach of contract.
Article 8: Liability for breach of contract
1, do not pay the leasing fee on time, should pay the lessor the leasing fee day 5 per cent of the liquidated damages, such as more than 30 days can not pay the leasing fee, the lessor has the right to take back the leased property at any time. If the lessee can not pay the rent in time according to the contract, resulting in insufficient supply of equipment or untimely supply, the lessor is not responsible.
2, such as the lessee transfer, sublease or sell the leased materials, mortgage and other acts, in addition to the lessor has the right to terminate the contract, the deadline for the recovery of the leased materials, the lessee should also be reimbursed to the lessor of all the rent of 20% of the liquidated damages, and compensation for other losses caused by the lessor.
3, the completion of the project settlement, the loss of equipment, compensation can be temporarily settled, the compensation can not be paid within one month of the lessee, the lessor has the right to lose the equipment for continuous charging of the lease fee. Until the indemnity and the continuous leasing fee is paid off.
Article IX: the price of the leased goods
160 yuan per square for the loss of steel moldboard, template plug lost each 1.5 yuan, template card lost each 0.4 yuan, steel frame plate lost each 150 yuan, steel frame tube lost per meter 12 yuan, the base is lost each 5 yuan, the loss of fasteners each 3.80 yuan, the loss of screws per set of 0.4 yuan, and other discretionary.
Article 10: the contract in the fulfillment of the dispute, the parties to negotiate a solution, mediation can not be a party to the people's court.
Article 11: This contract is not exhaustive, in accordance with the provisions of the "Chinese People's *** and State Contract Law".
Article 12: This contract is in one copy, each party to the contract, the annexes or notes to this contract are part of the contract, and the contract has the same effect.
