Molds for mold holders

A complete set of molds used to produce a specific powder product by pressing or repressing.

Additionally, the support of the mold is also called the mold frame, such as die casting machine on the mold parts according to a certain law and position to be combined and fixed, and make the mold can be installed on the die casting machine is called the part of the work of the mold frame, by the introduction of the mechanism, guiding mechanism, the pre-reset mechanism of the mold foot pads, seat plate composition. Now the application of the mold involves every product (such as automobile, aerospace, daily necessities, electrical appliances and communications, medical products and equipment, etc.), as long as the number of products will be applied to the mold production, and the mold frame is an integral part of the mold. Now on the mold precision requirements, according to different levels according to product demand.

The mold frame is a semi-finished product of the mold, which is composed of different kinds of steel plates and parts, and can be said to be the skeleton of the whole set of mold. Due to the great differences in the processing involved in mold frames and molds, mold makers choose to order mold frames from mold frame manufacturers to take advantage of the production strengths of both parties, in order to improve the overall production quality and efficiency.

After years of development, the mold manufacturing industry has become quite mature. In addition to purchasing customized mould frames according to the needs of individual moulds, mould manufacturers can also choose standardized mould frame products. The standard mold frame style diversification, and delivery time is shorter, or even buy and use, for mold manufacturers to provide a higher degree of flexibility. Therefore, the popularity of standardized mold frames is increasing.

Simply put, a mold carrier has a preform unit, a positioning unit and an ejector unit. The general configuration is panel, A plate (front model), B plate (back model), C plate (square iron), base plate, ejector plate, ejector base plate, and parts such as guide pillar and return pin.

A typical mold structure is shown above. The right part is called the upper mold and the left part is called the lower mold. During injection, the upper and lower molds are first combined, allowing the plastic to be molded in the upper and lower module molding sections. Then the upper and lower molds are separated and the finished product is pushed out by the ejector mechanism, which is based on the lower mold.

The upper mold (front mold)

Configured as the molding part of the inner module or the original body molding part.

Runner section [including heat nozzle, hot runner (pneumatic section), and common runner].

Cooling part (water transportation hole).

Lower mold (rear mold)

Configured as inner mold part molding part or original body molding part.

Push-out device (Finished push plate, ejector pin, stoker pin, slanting top, etc.).

Cooling part (water transportation hole).

Fixing device (support head, square iron and needle plate guide, etc.).
