Fully plastic structure

Q-FOG cyclic corrosion salt spray chamber is made of strong fiber-reinforced plastic, which is anti-corrosive and does not cause contamination to the sample. Sturdy materials facilitate efficient and accurate temperature control.

Self-diagnosis function for easy maintenance

The built-in self-diagnosis device can prompt the operator when routine maintenance should be performed or faults should be checked. Featuring a personalized panel controller, it allows the operator to program complex test routines simply.

Easy to program loop programs or directly run Q-FOG’s built-in test program. Many cyclic corrosion tests can be completed, such as Prohesion test, ASTM B117, ASTM G85, BS3900 F4 and F9, DIN50.907 and ISO9227 tests. Built-in all or part of the following cycle programs:
