When passengers request a refund, they shall handle it in accordance with the following provisions and verify the refund:
(1) At the departure station, before boarding the bus, under special circumstances, all ticket fares (including reserved tickets) can be refunded within 2 hours after driving. However, tickets for express trains and new air-conditioned cars must be processed two hours before departure. Group travelers must apply 6 hours before driving.
(2) Due to illness (including passengers in the same car), when the ticket is valid, all the ticket fares will be refunded at the departure station upon the certificate of the medical unit or the confirmation of the station, and the difference between the ticket price received and the ticket price of the section that has been taken will be refunded at the midway station. If the completed road section is less than the minimum mileage, it will be calculated according to the minimum mileage, and the same passengers will be treated as well.
(3) No refund can be made at the midway station. However, under special circumstances, when the ticket or urgent ticket can reach the station within the validity period, a certificate will be issued, and the difference between the received fare and the marked price of the ticket for the taken section will be refunded with the consent of the station. Direct express tickets and berth tickets are not refundable. When taking a new air-conditioned car, the fare increase part of the ticket is not refundable.

1. Passengers should take the bus according to the date, train number, seat and shop specified on the ticket.
2. Passengers can get on the train at the midway station according to the date and train number indicated on the ticket face, but the fare of the ticket that has not been taken is not refundable. You can also get off at the midway station (except suburban tickets) and resume your trip within the validity period of the ticket and urgent ticket. During the validity period of passenger tickets and urgent tickets, if you want to continue riding, you should stop and get up at the station or the nearest car, make up the tickets separately, and charge a handling fee. Passenger's suburban time ticket is valid until end of the tour arrives at the station. The tickets of sleeper passengers are kept by the conductor and issued with sleeper cards, which can be exchanged before getting off. If the sleeper is not used after the train starts 1 hour, the train conductor can sell the sleeper separately. 5. Passengers suffering from serious infectious diseases, mental illness or health hazards to the safety of others shall not be transported at stations or buses, and the purchased tickets shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions on passengers' refund.

If passengers can't take the bus according to the date and train number indicated on the ticket face, they can go through the boarding formalities in advance or later without extending the validity period of the ticket and speeding up the train capacity. When going through the formalities of changing the ticket to a late ride, the departure time of the train must not exceed at the latest, and the group passengers must drive six hours in advance. Direct express tickets, new air-conditioned tickets and berth tickets will not be changed.
Due to the railway responsibility, when passengers can't take the train according to the date and number recorded on the ticket, the railway should arrange to take the nearest capable train to the station as soon as possible according to the passenger's requirements. When handling the change procedures, the words "due to railway responsibility" should be marked on the back of the ticket, and the train stamp that changed the boarding date should be stamped. When there is a fare difference, it will only be refunded without compensation.
Passengers should go through visa formalities when changing trains at the transfer station and getting off midway to resume their journey.
However, it is up to each railway bureau to decide whether to apply for a visa when transferring to the local train. In order to facilitate passengers to apply for visas, all transfer stations should actively provide platform visas, boarding visas and entrusted train visas. 5. People who send passengers with platform tickets are not allowed to get on the bus. If it is too late to get off the train and declare in time, you should get off at the nearest station ahead to make up the train fare. If you still don't declare or plan to get the platform ticket after driving for 20 minutes, it will be regarded as no ticket and treated as 1. If it is really too late to buy a ticket because of the rush of time, the passenger station will reissue a ticket or passengers who have agreed to get on the bus under special circumstances, and charge the fare of the passenger train (there is no handling fee for the ticket reissued by passengers going up and down).
(two) in the following cases, only the fare is charged, and no handling fee is charged:

(3) If the driving time is less than 12 hours (including the midway), 50% should be returned (the direct express train and the new air-conditioned car will not be returned within 2 hours). (At least 1 yuan should be collected. If the mantissa is an angle, it shall be rounded to the nearest yuan. )
(4) On-board visa fee: 1 yuan/person.
