How to make it
1. Wash the fish, remove scales and guts and marinate in the groundnut flour. Marinate the fish in the marinade for about 20 minutes, then coat evenly with groundnut flour and set aside.
2. Peel and slice the onions; remove the green peppers, red bell peppers and yellow bell peppers, and cut diamond-shaped slices.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan to 180 degrees Celsius, add the fresh fish from Method 1, deep fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the pan, drain and set aside.
