Zhao Fangcheng recalled that from January 22, JMC's ambulance orders began to grow like crazy, and JMC and JMC Group's modified car companies reacted quickly, contacted and cooperated with each other urgently, and synchronized to start the preparation of materials and scheduling work.
Unluckily, due to the Spring Festival holiday, most of the staff had already returned home on vacation. In order to match the manpower needed for scheduling and delivery as soon as possible, on January 24th, JLM formally set up an emergency duty liaison system, launched an emergency feedback mechanism for epidemic prevention and control, and called on employees to return to work to organize production and epidemic prevention work.
In order to stabilize the heart of the army, Qiu Tiangao, secretary of the party committee and chairman of JLM, personally visited the front-line workshops, visited the cadres and employees who gave up their Spring Festival vacations and fought on the front line, and issued the call of "Be a warrior in the current war", requesting that while ensuring their own health, they should do their utmost to ensure the delivery of ambulances in a high quality and quantity. In the chairman of the leading role, Jiangling Motors at all levels of party organizations to be the first to write "I am a member of the party, I am the first" overtime petition, close to the plant employees have to take the initiative to give up their vacations, voluntarily return to work.
During the epidemic, cities across the country were blocked off one after another, restricting the movement of people, and the supply chain of parts and logistics was also difficult to sustain. Fortunately, the government of Jiangxi Province, Nanchang City and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology came forward to coordinate, coupled with active communication between JMC and suppliers, before finally **** with the difficulties overcome.
Giving a gift to others
Preparing closely, JMC resumed production at a rapid pace. on the afternoon of February 1, the first batch of negative-pressure ambulances rushed by JMC to assist Wuhan through the railroad train, and then delivered nearly 5,000 units to all parts of the country, which is the earliest and the largest number of deliveries in the automobile enterprises.
With the successful completion of its own work, JMC has once again set its sights on the field of medical supplies. The production of masks is not its own specialty, JMC changed its mindset and sent a "maintenance team" to solve equipment failures for more than 20 mask manufacturers and help restore normal production. At the same time also opened a special channel, through the warranty extension, remote diagnosis of faults, priority and rapid repair, etc., for the transportation of medical supplies of Jiangling vehicles to provide technical services.
With the outbreak of the epidemic around the world, JLM was also the first to lend a helping hand to its overseas partners. For example, it took the initiative to donate anti-epidemic materials and share anti-epidemic experience for overseas dealers and partner companies such as Ford, Faurecia, Renault, Lear, etc.; and donated ambulances to health organizations in many countries such as Bolivia, Egypt, Panama and Myanmar.

China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) data show that in the first quarter of the domestic market car sales completed 3.672 million units, down 42.4% year-on-year, while the first quarter sales of 45,000 units of Jiangling Motors, beating the industry market by 11.5%, the JLF brand of commercial vehicles is to achieve a year-on-year rise of 10.21%. Most car companies fell sharply in the first quarter, while JMC made a profit of 69 million yuan, up 174 percent year-on-year.
How did the "first car of the war epidemic" come to be?
"In 2019, Jiangling ambulances had a 67.7 percent market share. Other brand ambulances generally do not exceed 10%." Zhao Fangcheng proudly said.

Zhao Fangcheng introduced, Ford Transit series from 1965 since the line, the global cumulative sales of more than 8 million vehicles, alone in China has 700,000 owners. Among the Ford Transit series models currently on sale, the new generation Transit is the most representative one.
