Understanding Warranty

1. Warranty is to ensure the integrity of the product, the repair or replacement of faulty products, including the OS software upgrade program to provide and patches to obtain. Warranty is included in the price of the product, while non-warranty services fall under the category of "support services" and are usually charged.

2. A warranty is a limited liability to repair a defect in its product or to replace a defective product, and the duration and content of the service is covered by the limited liability.

3. The warranty is free of charge for products under warranty by the customer.

Rejuveno's Warranty:

Rejuveno fully expands the warranty to Basic Warranty. The warranty and warranty expansion terms (hereinafter still collectively referred to as Warranty BS) include:

1. Hardware: The host computer (including modules) is warranted for one year. Under the environment and state specified in the product manual, product defects or abnormal function after excluding other related equipment and network failure and other triggering factors can be judged as hardware failure.

3. Warranty Extension Terms:

Warranty Disclaimer:

Warranty is a product of limited liability, the following cases are not covered by warranty:

1. beyond the product warranty period;

2. the user has the responsibility to provide valid warranty vouchers, can not produce valid warranty vouchers or product bar code damage is not warranted;

3. the product bar code as the basis of the starting time of the warranty, not the designated maintenance agency determined that the warranty is invalid. The warranty is invalidated by the designated maintenance agency;

4. When the warranty certificate does not match the product or there are false records;

5. When the product is disassembled, repaired or modified without the authorization of the manufacturer and the failure is caused;

Warranty Definition

1. Valid Warranty Voucher Contains (1) Product Warranty Card (2) Valid Purchase Invoice (3) Product Barcode (4) Legitimate Purchase and Sales Contract

1) The Product Warranty Card must contain: Dealer's name, product name, model number, product model number, and purchase date.

2. Calculation of Warranty Period:

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Replacement

Ruijie Networks promises to replace the DOA products with new packaging within 15 days from the warranty start date.

1. DOA includes out-of-box cosmetic damage, missing accessories, and hardware failure within 15 days of out-of-box operation.

2, DOA replacement requires complete accessories and packaging (based on the packing list), otherwise it does not meet the conditions of the replacement commitment, according to the maintenance service standards.

3, accessories short of the product, can be provided by the Ruijie service center free of charge.
