Government purchased services include public **** services provided by the government to the public, as well as auxiliary services required by the government to fulfill its duties. I. What are the services included in government procurement

1. The procurement of services has a wide range, mainly including printing, publishing, the design of government procurement projects (e.g., engineering design), the maintenance of transportation (vehicle insurance, vehicle maintenance, etc.), meetings.

2. Government procurement projects refer to construction projects, including new construction, alteration, expansion of buildings and structures and their related renovation, demolition, repair, etc., as well as goods and services inseparable from engineering construction. Goods inseparable from construction works refer to the equipment and materials necessary for the realization of the basic functions of the works; services inseparable from construction works refer to the services required for the completion of the works such as investigation, design, supervision and so on.

3. If the procurement project uses both financial and non-financial funds, the Government Procurement Law and its implementing regulations shall apply to the part of the procurement that uses financial funds; if the procurement cannot be divided between financial and non-financial funds, the Government Procurement Law and its implementing regulations shall apply uniformly.

II. Scope of Government Procurement

1. The content of government procurement shall be goods, works and services within the Centralized Procurement Catalogue formulated by law, or goods, works and services that are not included in the Centralized Procurement Catalogue but whose procurement amount exceeds the prescribed limit standard.

2. The Centralized Purchasing Catalogue and the minimum standards for government procurement shall be prescribed by the State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.
