2.2 Detection Results of Major Occupational Disease Hazards at Construction Sites

This The construction period of the project is from August 2011 to December 2012, during which our company did not carry out testing of major occupational hazards at the construction site due to insufficient understanding of the detection of occupational hazards during the construction process.

2.3 Occupational Disease Protection Facilities

The occupational disease protection measures taken during the construction and equipment installation of this project are as follows:

2.3.1 Dust Prevention Measures

1) Dust-producing operations, concrete mixing operations, the installation of dust-absorbing facilities and the adoption of airtight devices to prevent dust. In the selection of raw materials, priority is given to the use of non-hazardous or less hazardous construction materials.

2) mechanized closed isolation operation, the main construction machinery cab or operating room closed isolation.

3) dust-producing workplaces, as far as possible, the adoption of wet work, the site reinforcement of perforation using wet perforation.

4) The construction site to keep the site clean, and timely watering of the construction site to reduce dust.

2.3.2 Anti-toxic measures

1) Following the principle of substituting low-toxic substances for high-toxic substances, the purchasing department gave priority to non-toxic construction materials, did not use toxic chemicals explicitly prohibited by the state or not in accordance with national standards, and did not use benzene-containing paints, thinners and solvents; according to the process needs to be used as far as possible to use part of the non-manganese electrodes for welding, and as far as possible reduce the toxic The amount of toxic substances used;

2) Paint and coating construction work is equipped with exhaust devices;

3) When dispensing and preparing paints, anticorrosion, waterproofing materials and other volatile toxic materials, open-air work is done as much as possible;

4) Containers of various paints and organic solvents are promptly sealed with lids, and discarded containers are recycled and disposed of.

5) Welding operations to take local ventilation or comprehensive ventilation measures, flow welding operations more welding operations, welding operations require operators in the upwind side of the welding operation.

2.3.3 Noise prevention, anti-vibration measures

1) the vibration of the equipment laid vibration-damping foundation, hand-held vibration tool handles, wrapped in foam and other vibration isolation pads, and vibration-damping gloves for workers issued to reduce the hazards of vibration.

2) take turns to work shift system, reduce the contact time of laborers, increase the number of breaks between work and rest time.

3) Noise-proof earplugs are issued to laborers exposed to noise.

2.3.4 Measures against heat and cold

1) Reasonable adjustment of work and rest time in the summer high temperature season, avoiding the construction of high-temperature time in the middle of the day, and strictly controlling the working hours of the workers.

2) The construction site is set up with a workplace rest room, the rest room is equipped with electric fans, and electric heating devices in winter.

3) summer high-temperature work, for the operating personnel equipped with cool drinks, patchouli positive gas water.

2.3.5 Measures against ultraviolet radiation

1) The construction site should separate the welding operation from other areas and prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the operation area.

2) Welders are equipped with welding masks, protective glasses, protective clothing and protective gloves.

2.4 Occupational disease protection equipment for personal use

Construction workers are equipped with a certain number of occupational disease protection equipment such as dustproof, anti-virus, anti-noise and so on during the construction process. See Table 2-2.

2.5 Occupational health management

1) During the current construction period, due to the lack of awareness of management, no measures were taken to prevent and control occupational hazards. During this construction period, due to insufficient management awareness, no special management system and operation procedures have been formulated for the prevention and control of occupational hazards, but some of the contents of prevention and control of occupational hazards are included in the safety production management system formulated by our company. Our company will establish the relevant management system and operation procedures as soon as possible, and before the construction of future projects, we will strengthen the training and assessment of personnel, so that workers have the necessary knowledge of occupational health, and the correct use of occupational disease protection facilities and personal protective equipment.

2) During this construction period, according to the requirements of safe construction, our company has set up a bulletin board at the entrance of the construction site in a conspicuous position, and set up warning signs and instructions at the construction positions. In the future, our company will increase the content of occupational health management on the basis of safety management, so that people entering the construction site are aware of potential occupational hazards on the construction site and their hazards to human health and protective measures.

2.6 Emergency Rescue Measures

1) According to the requirements of safe construction, our company has set up a temporary emergency rescue organization, and formulated an emergency rescue plan for the safety accidents that may occur in the process of construction, and the construction site has been equipped with first-aid medical equipment, first-aid medicines, flushing equipment, emergency communication tools, lighting devices, PPE, etc. Emergency rescue equipments, and an emergency evacuation channel has been set up on the construction site. There is an emergency evacuation channel.

2) The construction site is equipped with professionally trained first-aid personnel, first-aid kits and other first-aid supplies, first-aid kits are kept by first-aid personnel.

3) Targeted emergency rescue training has been provided to laborers to enable them to master the prevention of accidents and self-rescue and mutual rescue and other emergency treatment capabilities.

4) According to the geographic location of the construction site, a cooperative relationship has been established with the nearest medical institutions in order to receive timely medical assistance.

2.7 Occupational health supervision

During the construction period of this project, due to the lack of awareness of occupational health supervision, our company has not commissioned a qualified occupational health checkup organization to conduct occupational health checkups for the operating personnel before starting work and after leaving work.

In the future, our company will strengthen the work of occupational health monitoring in accordance with the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law, and entrust qualified occupational health checkup organizations to conduct occupational health checkups for the construction workers who are exposed to dust and poisonous work in the construction process before, during, and after leaving the post as well as emergency occupational health checkups, as well as to establish and improve occupational health files.

3Summary

In the future, our company will strictly implement the national laws, regulations, standards and norms related to the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases, and make up for the deficiencies in occupational health management as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of the "Code of Practice for Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and Hazards in the Construction Industry", implement the measures for the prevention and treatment of occupational disease hazards and set up the occupational health management organization as soon as possible to improve the occupational health management system.

In the construction process of the relevant projects in the future, our company will effectively do a good job of occupational health supervision of construction workers, implement the main occupational disease hazards detection system at the construction site, and take effective protective measures for the location of the exceeding standard.
