(f) to provide radio technical consulting and personnel training services. Chapter III Management of Radio Stations Article 8 The setting up and use of radio stations shall have the following conditions:
(a) conform to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and national standards, industry standards;
(b) the technical indicators of radio equipment in line with national standards and obtain the type approval certificate;
(c) in line with the provincial radio administration agencies to formulate the planning of the radio station;
(d) the radio station planning;
(e) to provide technical advice and training services in radio technology.
