"The Karish" tells the story of Rohit's son Karisha, who has inherited all his father's superpowers, and has even outgrown them. However, in his idyllic life in India, Karisha doesn't discover these superpowers of his until a trip to Singapore with his sweetheart, a TV reporter, when he meets a mad scientist who invents a technology that will change the world forever. Karisha finally transforms into the superhero Karish and stops the scientist's plot.

Faster than a bullet, more powerful than a train, and jumping into a skyscraper, Hrithik Roshan flies down from a skyscraper in a black and grey costume and a mask that covers half of his face, marking the entry of the Indian film industry into the world of Indian cinema as the first true "superhero". The emergence of the first real "superhero" in the history of Indian cinema marked the beginning of a new era in Indian cinema.
The $10 million special-effects film broke new ground in Bollywood, where romance and family dramas are all the rage, said producer Kirali Shimakumar, adding, "I have tried a lot of new things in this movie that even Hollywood has not tried. -To complete the action scenes in the movie, Hrynick Roshan received two months of martial arts training from Cheng Xiaodong in Hong Kong.
-All the action on screen was done by Hrynick Roshan himself, without using a stunt double. Once he fell from the fourth floor and would have been killed if he hadn't been caught by a hotel awning. On another occasion, his hair was scorched as he walked through a fire. This became a major feature that set the movie apart from the Spider-Man and Superman series. Meanwhile, Roshan told fans who follow him that they should never emulate the over-the-top moves he does in the movie. This comes after a fan jumped off the balcony of a movie theater in central India, following Hrithik Roshan's moves in the film, resulting in multiple fractures.
-To get closer to the powerful physique of India's Superman, Hrynak Roshan spent two months building up 15 pounds of muscle, which gives him a powerful look.
- 'Chris' is a big step forward for Indian cinema. The movie's action director is from Hong Kong's Ching Siu Tung, while the visual effects director is from Los Angeles. While a typical Indian "blockbuster" has only about 200 shots computerized, "Chris" has 1,200 shots computerized, with even the smallest details rendered to blur the line between the real and the virtual.
