I. Regulations on prohibited carry-on and prohibited consignment items

Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) regulations prohibit the following items from being carried or consigned on civil aviation flights within China:

Firearms, military or police-use firearms (with major components) and their replicas;

Explosive items, such as ammunition, fireworks, cigarettes, cigarettes, cigarettes and other explosives. Explosive substances, such as ammunition, pyrotechnic products, blasting equipment and their imitations;

Controlled knives;

Flammable and explosive substances, such as matches, lighters (gas), alcohol, paints, gasoline, kerosene, benzene, rosin oil, tobacco cake, etc.;

Corrosive substances, such as hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric acids, liquid storage batteries, etc.

Poisonous substances, such as cyanide

Radioactive substances, such as radioisotopes, etc.

Other substances that endanger flight safety, such as strong irritating odors, strong magnetizers that may interfere with the normal operation of on-board instruments, etc.

These substances are not allowed to be used in the flight.

II. Provisions on articles prohibited from being carried on board but can be checked in

The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) stipulates that the following articles are prohibited from being carried on board civil aviation flights within the territory of China, but can be checked in as checked baggage. Items prohibited to be carried on board but can be checked in as baggage include:

Knives for daily use such as kitchen knives, fruit knives, scissors, razors, etc.

Professional knives such as surgical knives, butcher knives, carving knives, etc.

Knives, spears and swords used for performances of cultural and artistic organizations;

Canes with weighted or spiked tips, iron-tipped trekking poles, baseball bats, etc., and sporting goods;

Axes and axes, which may not be used in the performance of the civil aviation industry, are prohibited.

and tools such as axes, chisels, hammers, awls, wrenches and other sharp or blunt instruments that can be used to jeopardize the safety of the aircraft or the person of others;

liquids that exceed the limit of the type or total amount that can be carried on board.

Third, the relevant regulations on the carriage of liquid articles

(1) Traveling on international and regional flights

Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) stipulates that:

Passengers traveling on international and regional flights departing from airports within China shall not carry more than 100 milliliters (ml) in volume per piece of liquid articles. If the volume of a container exceeds 100 milliliters (ml), even if the container is not full of liquid, it is not permitted to be carried along with the passenger and has to be handled for transportation.

Containers of liquid goods should be placed in a transparent resealable plastic bag with a maximum volume of not more than 1 liter (L). Each passenger is allowed to carry only one transparent plastic bag at a time, and the excess should be handed over for transportation.

Transparent plastic bags containing liquids shall be subject to separate security checks.

Items purchased at the duty-free stores in the terminal or on board should be placed in sealed transparent plastic bags and should not be unsealed. Passengers should retain proof of purchase for inspection.

Passengers with infants carrying liquid dairy products, diabetic or other disease patients carrying necessary liquid medicines, after security checks to confirm that there is no doubt, can be carried in appropriate quantities.

Passengers who miss their flights due to violation of the above regulations are responsible for the consequences.

(2) Domestic flights

Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) regulations:

Passengers on domestic flights are prohibited from carrying liquid goods, but they may be delivered, and their packaging should be in accordance with the relevant regulations on civil aviation transportation.

Passengers carrying a small amount of cosmetics for personal use for travel are limited to one item of each cosmetic, the container of which shall not exceed 100 ml in volume and shall be placed in a separate bag and subjected to an open-bottle inspection.

Travelers from abroad who need to transit through airports in China should place their duty-free liquid goods in undamaged and sealed transparent plastic bags, and should show proof of purchase and undergo a security check to confirm that there is no doubt about it before carrying them.

Passengers with infants can apply to the airline when purchasing tickets, and the airline will provide free liquid dairy products on board; diabetic patients or other patients carrying essential liquid items will be handed over to the flight crew for safekeeping after the security check is confirmed.

Passengers who miss their flights or suffer any other consequences as a result of violating the above regulations will be held responsible.

Fourth: Regulations on lighters and matches

Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) stipulates that passengers are prohibited from carrying lighters and matches on board civil aviation flights (including international/regional flights and domestic flights), and that they may not be checked in as part of the checked baggage.

V. Tips for passengers carrying lithium-ion batteries on board

According to the People's Republic of China's civil aviation industry standard "Specification for the Air Transportation of Lithium Batteries" (MH/T1020-2009) and the "Specification for the Air Transportation of Dangerous Goods Carried by Passengers and Flight Crews" (MH/T1030-2010) and other relevant regulations and documents, passengers carrying lithium-ion batteries on board civil aircraft should note the following. Please pay attention to the following matters:

1. The rated energy of lithium-ion batteries is not allowed to exceed 160Wh, and those exceeding 160Wh should be transported through dangerous goods procedures.

2. Devices containing lithium-ion batteries (such as laptop computers, cameras, portable camcorders, etc.) should be carried in accordance with the following rules:

(1) They can be placed in checked baggage and carry-on baggage.

(2) There should be measures to prevent accidental activation.

(3) Lithium-ion batteries with rated energy should not exceed 100Wh.

(4) Lithium-ion batteries for accompanying equipment with rated energy between 100Wh (not included) and 160Wh (included) should be approved by the operator (airline).

3. Spare lithium-ion batteries shall be carried for transportation in accordance with the following rules:

(1) They may be placed and carried in carry-on baggage only.

(2) Individual lithium-ion batteries should be protected against short circuit, either by placing the spare battery in the original retail package or by insulating the electrodes - for example, taping the exposed electrodes, packing the batteries individually in a plastic band or protective bag

(3) The rated energy of individual lithium-ion batteries should not exceed 100Wh.

3. 100Wh.

(4) With the approval of the operator (airline), spare lithium-ion batteries with rated energy between 100Wh (not included) and 160Wh (included) may be carried, but not more than two.

Fifth, tips on the standard of carrying alcoholic beverages

According to the requirements of ICAO Document 9284 and the "Specification for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Passengers and Crews in Air Transportation (MH/T 1030-2010)", the standard specification on the carrying of alcoholic beverages is as follows:

Passengers are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages with them on board. should carry alcoholic beverages on board the airplane, but can deliver alcoholic beverages as checked baggage, and its packaging should be in accordance with the relevant regulations of CAAC.

When alcoholic beverages are delivered as checked baggage, their quantity shall comply with the following regulations:

If the alcohol volume percentage content is less than or equal to 24%, there is no restriction;

If the alcohol volume percentage content is between 24%-70% (including 70%), the net quantity delivered per person shall not exceed 5 liters;

If the alcohol volume percentage content is greater than 70%, the alcoholic beverages should not be delivered as baggage. should not be transported as baggage.
