Generally, when a company goes into bankruptcy liquidation, it needs to prioritize the settlement of employees' wages and medical treatment, disability benefits and pension costs, i.e., the wages are recoverable.
According to the provisions of Article 113 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the wages, medical treatment, disability benefits and pension costs of the employees of the bankrupt enterprise are prioritized for the taxes and fees owed by the enterprise and the ordinary bankruptcy claims, and are in the position of priority compensation.
