Who is responsible for teasing animals to death in the tourist zoo?
There are more and more zoos in the city, and animal injuries in zoos also occur frequently. Generally speaking, if the animals in the zoo cause damage to others, the zoo should bear the tort liability, but if the zoo can prove that it has fulfilled its management obligations, it will not bear the responsibility.
Injuries in zoos are mainly attacks on tourists. In most cases, accidents occur when tourists tease and feed animals. Then in this case, if the zoo manager fails to fulfill the corresponding management responsibilities, it is undoubtedly responsible for all compensation, even if the tourists are at fault. On the contrary, if the zoo can prove that the facilities and equipment of the animal house are flawless, there are obvious warning signs, and the managers discourage tourists from teasing, throwing objects at animals or crossing the railings to approach animals without authorization, it can be said that they have fulfilled their due management responsibilities, then the zoo can not bear the tort liability, and the damage results will be borne by tourists themselves.
