(1) Declaration of claims for outpatient expenses
1. Starting from the 21st day of the first month of each quarter, the employees themselves apply for the mutual aid benefits of the previous quarter from their respective labor unions, and the insured employees, free of charge, fill out an application form for receiving the mutual aid benefits of the On-the-job Employees' Medical Mutual Aid Insurance Plan. Mutual Aid Protection Plan" to receive the application form for mutual aid (excluding the part of the insured employees who have made contributions). When an individual employee applies for mutual aid after his/her "out-of-pocket" medical expenses exceed the ceiling of the basic medical insurance coverage in a natural year, he/she must provide A. 2. Starting from the 21st of the first month of each quarter, the grassroots trade unions will review the application forms for mutual aid declared by the employees in accordance with the procedures for applying for benefits, and report the relevant information of the applicants to the office.
3. Starting from the 21st day of the first month of each quarter, the Beijing office accounts for the mutual aid benefits in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Medical Mutual Aid Protection Plan for Working Employees based on the information reported by the grass-roots trade unions and provided by the social security system.
4. The Beijing Office will credit the accounted Mutual Aid to the beneficiary employee's Beijing Card within 10 working days. The bank will notify the beneficiary workers via mobile phone SMS. The bank will notify the beneficiary workers personally through cell phone SMS.
(2) Claims for Hospitalization Expenses
1. Starting from the 21st day of each month, the employee himself/herself will apply for the previous month's Mutual Aid Benefit from his/her affiliated labor union, and the free insured employee will fill in the application form for receiving Mutual Aid Benefit from the Medical Mutual Aid Benefit Plan for Employed Employees (excluding the part of the employees who are insured by the payment of contributions).
