Plastic board acceptance
In the process of construction, plastic board acceptance should be from the following aspects to accept the quality of construction:
1, plastic board surface layer used in the plastic plate and coil varieties, specifications, colors, grades, paving should be in accordance with the design requirements and the provisions of the current national standards, and at the same time also to meet customer requirements. Observation and inspection and check the material qualification documents and test reports.
2, the bond between the surface layer and the next layer should be firm, the bonding agent in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.6.3. Surface flat, smooth, no wrinkles, no warping, no bubbling, no degumming, no overflow of glue. Observation check and tapping with a small hammer and ruler check.
Note: coil partial degumming at the area should not be greater than 20cm2, and the spacing is not less than 500mm can be excluded, where a single plate material corners partial degumming at the edge of the material and each natural (standard) not more than 5% of the total number of people can be excluded.
3, the plastic board surface should be clean, clear pattern, color and luster, tight joints, beautiful, straight sides. Splicing at the pattern, pattern match, no glue marks; and wall edges of the intersection is tight, yin and Yang corner edging square. Observation check.
4, plate welding, weld should be flat, smooth, no scorching discoloration, spots, weld tumor and scaling and other defects, the allowable deviation of its concavity and convexity ± 0.6mm. weld tensile strength shall not be less than 75% of the strength of the plastic plate. Observe the inspection and check the test report.
5, edging materials should be accurate in size, neat edges, tight splices, seams straight, and the combination of the pipe should be tight, firm and flat. Check with a steel ruler and observation.
6, skirting board and plastic plate connection is tight, skirting board on the edge of the straight, the whole length of the height difference is not more than ± 3mm, and the wall is tight, no gap.
