Measures for the Administration of Residential Specialized Maintenance Funds
Article 6
Owners of the following properties shall deposit residential specialized maintenance funds in accordance with the provisions of these Measures:
(1) Residential properties, except for those that are owned by a single owner and do not have the same *** parts, *** facilities and equipments as the rest of the properties;
(ii) A nonresidential dwelling within a residential subdivision or a nonresidential dwelling outside a residential subdivision that is attached to a single residential structure.
The properties listed in the preceding paragraph belong to the sale of public housing, the selling unit shall deposit residential special maintenance funds in accordance with the provisions of these measures.1
