Liuzhou Railway College

In April 1955, Liuzhou Railway Transportation School was established.

On May 4, 1956, Liuzhou Railway Transportation School was founded.

In June 1958, Liuzhou Railway Transportation School was restructured into Guangxi Railway College.

In 1960, Guangxi Railway Specialized School was upgraded to Liuzhou Railway College.

Liuzhou Railway Transportation School

In 1962, it was changed back to Liuzhou Railway Transportation School from Liuzhou Railway Institute.

In 1969, Liuzhou Railway Transportation School was abolished and Liuzhou Railway Bureau Technical School was established, which was later changed to Liuzhou Railway Secondary Specialized School.

In 1974, Liuzhou Railway Secondary Specialized School was abolished and Liuzhou Railway Transportation School was restored.

In 1992, the school passed the qualified assessment of school conditions commissioned by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to the Liuzhou Railway Bureau.

On March 26, 2009, the People's Government of the Autonomous Region agreed that Liuzhou Transportation Vocational and Technical College was formally renamed as Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College (Gui Zheng Huan [2009] No. 70); the unveiling ceremony of Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College was held on May 19, the same year.
