Chapter I General

Chapter II Scope and Content

Chapter IV Construction

Chapter V Funds Management

Chapter VI Maintenance and Management
Article XII of the construction of power supply and distribution facilities in accordance with these measures, encourage the development and construction units in accordance with the principle of equality and voluntariness of the power supply enterprises and power supply enterprises signed a transfer agreement, the completion of the transfer of assets to the power supply enterprises, power supply enterprises shall not be refused to hand over for any reason. The development and construction units choose not to transfer the power supply and distribution facilities to the power supply enterprises, power supply and distribution facilities for subsequent operation, maintenance, repair and renewal of the responsibility borne by the owners, the development and construction units shall be clearly informed of the owners of the sale of housing, the failure to inform the obligation to bear the relevant legal responsibility.
Chapter VII Other
Article XIII of the power companies have one of the following behaviors, the relevant departments of the municipal government in accordance with the law to investigate and deal with:

(c) do not implement the bidding requirements

Article 14 These Measures shall be implemented from April 1, 2013 onwards.
