Wahaha, a huge beverage kingdom. At the beginning of its establishment, Zong Houqing spent a lot of time naming this nutritious oral liquid produced by his company, and even collected names in the society through the news media. Others have taken out disciplines such as marketing, psychology, communication, sociology, linguistics and so on to demonstrate these names. It was finally named "Wahaha" for three reasons: First, it is easy to read and remember, and it is easy for children to accept. 1987, Wahaha's predecessor, the distribution department of school-run enterprises in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, was established. Zong, the founder of Wahaha, led two retired teachers to start businesses, borrowed/kloc-0.40 million, and earned a penny by selling other people's soda, popsicles and stationery paper. Since 1997, Wahaha has built more than 40 holding subsidiaries in 26 provinces and cities, including Yichang, Hong 'an, Guangyuan, Jilin, Jingyu, Shenyang, Changsha, Tianjin, Gaobeidian, Hebei and Chaohu, Anhui, and achieved good economic benefits. The output value of foreign subsidiaries accounts for nearly half of the whole group company. Not only has it become a "locomotive" to promote local economic development, but it has also enabled Wahaha to sell real estate and develop into the largest and strongest beverage enterprise in China, achieving a "win-win" situation and achieving the goal of mutual benefit and win-win.

Since/KLOC-0 was put into production in May, 1998, Coca-Cola has sprung up everywhere, with an annual production and sales volume of over 600,000 tons. It has formed a tripartite confrontation with Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola, which broke the predictions of some people that Coca-Cola was "very cola and doomed" and "very cola and ridiculous" when it was introduced into the market, broke the myth that Coca-Cola was invincible, and inspired the courage and confidence of national brands to participate in international competition.

In 2002, Wahaha continued to adhere to the corporate purpose of bringing health and joy to children in China, and chose the children's wear industry closely related to children's life and growth as the starting point of cross-industry development. We introduce European and American designers, enter the children's wear industry with first-class equipment, first-class design and first-class fabrics, organize production according to international "environmental protection standards", and attract customers from all over the country with zero joining fee.
