Basic equipment of the Department of Critical Care Medicine
I. Each bed is equipped with a complete functional equipment belt or functional rack, providing functional support such as electricity, oxygen, compressed air and negative pressure suction. Each guardianship bed is equipped with more than 12 power outlets, more than 2 oxygen interfaces, 2 compressed air interfaces and more than 2 negative pressure suction interfaces. Medical power and living lighting power lines are separated. The power supply for each bed should be an independent feedback circuit supply. The intensive care unit should have a backup uninterruptible power system (UPS) and leakage protection; each circuit outlet should have an independent circuit short on the main panel.
II. Suitable hospital beds with anti-decubitus mattresses should be provided.
Three, each bed is equipped with bedside monitoring system, cardiac, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, invasive pressure monitoring and other basic vital signs monitoring. In order to facilitate the safe transfer of patients, each intensive care intensive treatment unit is equipped with at least one portable monitor.
Four, tertiary general hospitals should be equipped with a ventilator per bed in principle, the second level of general hospitals can be equipped with the appropriate number of intensive care unit according to the actual needs of the ventilator. Each bed is equipped with a simple respirator (resuscitation breathing airbag). To facilitate the safe transfer of patients, each intensive care intensive treatment unit should have at least 1 portable ventilator.
V. Each bed should be equipped with infusion pumps and microinjection pumps, of which microinjection pumps in principle more than 4 per bed. Also equipped with a certain number of enteral nutrition infusion pump.
Sixth, other mandatory equipment: electrocardiogram, blood gas analyzer, defibrillator, cardiopulmonary resuscitation rescue equipment car (the car is equipped with laryngoscopes, tracheal tubes, a variety of pipeline connectors, first aid medicines, as well as other rescue appliances, etc.), fiberoptic bronchoscopes, lifting temperature equipment. Tertiary hospitals must be equipped with blood purification devices, hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism monitoring equipment.
