Decision of the Provincial People's Government on the Cancellation and Adjustment of a Batch of Administrative Approval Projects
After reviewing and examining, the Provincial People's Government decided to cancel and adjust a batch of administrative approval projects. Among them: 10 administrative approval items canceled and partially canceled, 21 administrative approval items decentralized and partially decentralized management level, 4 administrative approval items for changing management mode, and 39 administrative approval items merged into 15.
On the canceled administrative approval projects, localities and relevant departments should strengthen the supervision during and after the incident, not only to prevent the continuation of administrative approval in disguise, but also to prevent the emergence of a management vacuum. The decentralized management level of the administrative approval project, the provincial authorities to strengthen the business guidance, training and supervision and inspection of the receiving authority to prevent the work of the disjointed; the receiving authority should be sorted out one by one, clear the receiving organization, improve the supporting system, standardize the approval process, and do a good job in the preparatory work of the receiving. Various localities and relevant departments should improve the supervision and control mechanism, strengthen the supervision of the operation of the administrative approval authority, and continuously improve the scientific and standardized level of government management.
