When the water supply facilities fail, the water supply enterprise shall carry out timely maintenance and restore normal water supply as soon as possible. Water units and individuals who have objections to the readings of water meters have the right to ask water supply enterprises or quality and technical supervision departments to check.
If the measurement error of the water meter does not exceed the range specified by the state, the expenses for verification and disassembly shall be borne by the users and individuals; If the measurement error exceeds the range specified by the state, the verification and dismantling expenses shall be borne by the urban water supply enterprise, and the water fee shall be refunded or paid in the next month according to the positive and negative error rate. Article 14 The price of urban water supply shall be formulated in accordance with the principle of guaranteed profit for domestic water and reasonable pricing for production and operation water.
The price of urban water supply shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the people's government of the autonomous region.
If the water supply enterprise fails to collect the water fee according to the regulations, the water-using units and individuals may complain to the administrative departments of price, water supply and water use.
