What is mems

MEMS stands for Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems. It is a miniaturized system that integrates microprocessors, sensors, actuators, and other tiny mechanical components to sense and respond to the environment. MEMS technology is widely used in medical, military, industrial, aerospace and other fields.

For example, MEMS sensors are widely used in smartphones and automobiles to sense information such as the position, speed, direction and tilt of a phone or car and send that information to the phone's or car's controller for a better user experience or safer driving.

MEMS technology is also widely used in the medical field, such as for monitoring vital signs such as a patient's heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature, or for performing medical procedures. As MEMS technology has the advantages of small size, light weight, low power consumption, etc., it is expected to be used in more fields in the future, such as smart homes, wearable devices, the Internet of Things and so on.
