I. Restricted Time

Other motor vehicles: roads within Beijing's administrative area

From January 4, 2021 to April 4, 2021, the restricted motor vehicle license plate numbers from Monday to Friday are:3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0, 1 and 6, 2 and 7.

3, the following motor vehicles are not subject to the above measures:

Load Vehicles: Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 24:00 a.m.

Third, the rules of restriction
(a) Passenger cars

(2) trucks
1, every day from 6:00 to 24:00, the Sixth Ring Road (including) within the road prohibit all foreign license plate trucks.
2. From 0:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day, trucks with foreign license plates (except trucks transporting fresh and live agricultural products) traveling on the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) are required to apply for a Beijing entry permit.
3, all day ban on State Ⅲ emission standard diesel trucks with foreign license plates to enter the city's administrative area.
