What does n-cpap mean
Continuous positive airway pressure ventilation. N-CPAP is a medical device called nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation. It is a device that provides continuous positive pressure airflow to patients through nasal cavity, and is often used to treat respiratory diseases such as sleep apnea syndrome. N-CPAP can prevent patients from apnea and hypopnea during sleep by providing continuous positive pressure airflow, thus improving sleep quality and relieving related symptoms. N-CPAP equipment usually consists of a mask, an air tube and an air pump. The air pump will compress the air and send it to the mask through the trachea, thus providing continuous positive pressure air flow.
