How to use medical kits for XBOX controller Sniper Elite 4 Handle

Open the weapon roulette wheel to confirm how many medkits and bandages you have in your pocket. Pointing the wheel at a medkit or bandage will equip it in the lower right corner, immediately followed by a long press of the F key to use it, where the medkit is returning a tube of blood and the bandage is only returning about a third of it. Both the medkit and bandage can be set to only return blood or both blood and stamina.
