3. During construction, paint, asphalt or other chemical solvents should be prevented from contacting and polluting the surface of the heating pipeline.

4. The heating coil should be laid on the steel wire mesh, and the length of the pipe should be determined according to the length of each circle. Try to use a consolidation pipe for each circle. There should be no joint in the buried part of underground coiled pipe.

5. Heating pipes shall be laid according to the pipe spacing and direction calibrated in the design drawings. The heating pipes should be kept straight, and the heating pipes in the same channel should be kept horizontal to ensure the flatness of the pipe top of 5 mm The installation error of pipe spacing should not be greater than10 mm. Before laying the heating pipes, the selection, pipe diameter and wall thickness of the heating pipes should be checked according to the construction drawings, and the appearance quality of the heating pipes should be checked, and there should be no impurities in the pipes. When the installation of heating pipeline is interrupted or completed, the exposed part shall be blocked at any time.

6. The heating pipe shall be fixed firmly with cable ties and clips, and it is forbidden to have inclined parts.

7, heating pipe installation should prevent pipeline distortion; When the pipeline is bent, the top of the arc should be limited and fixed with a pipe clamp, and "dead folding" is not allowed; The bending radius of the plastic pipe shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the pipe.

8, heating pipe cutting, special tools should be used, the incision should be smooth, fracture should be perpendicular to the pipeline axis. It is forbidden to split the heating pipe with tools such as electricity, gas welding and hand saw.

9. Fixing clips should be set at both ends of the heating pipe elbow; The spacing between fixed points of heating pipeline should be 0.5-0.7m for straight fixed points and 0.2-0.3m for curved fixed points.

10, when crossing doorways, expansion joints and settlement joints, sleeves shall be installed, and the length of sleeves shall be ≥200mm. The sleeve is two sizes larger than the coil, and it is filled with thermal insulation scraps.
