According to the relevant provisions of the "Tongchuan Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Response Plan (2019 Revision)" (Tongzhengfa 〔2019〕 No. 19) and "Tongchuan Public Security Bureau Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Response Plan" (Tonggongtongzheng 〔2019〕 No. 176), the Traffic Police Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Tongchuan City has decided to implement the motor vehicle ban on driving during the Ⅱ level of response to the heavy polluted weather management measures. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Time of banning and restricting traffic
February 14, 2022 from 7:00 pm onwards.
Second, prohibited and restricted areas
Wangyi District, Yintai District urban built-up area: Chuankou Road to the same official road section (a road Chuankou interchange west bridge to the Beiguan bus station), Yiyuan Road to the entire section of the frequency of Yang Road (the second road Chuankou interchange east bridge to the Beiguan bus station).
Yaozhou District urban built-up area: Wenying East Road, Wenying West Road, Yewang Avenue, Yongan North Road, Bushou Road, Jinyang Road, Yewang Road, Huayuan Road and all roads in Jinyang New Town.
New urban built-up area: all roads in the urban built-up area within the range of west of the East Ring Road, north of the Kyushu Avenue, east of the West Ring Road, south of the North Ring Road.
Three, the ban on specific regulations
1, prohibit low-speed trucks, construction waste, slag, gravel, concrete transportation and other vehicles in the city.

Four, other circumstances
The special vehicles identified in the Copper River Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Response Plan (2019 Revision) are not subject to restrictions. "Special vehicles" refers to: new energy vehicles with new energy license plates; school buses approved by the municipal public security and transportation departments, unit shuttle buses, postal and express delivery vehicles, funeral vehicles; large buses, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles, vehicles issued by the transportation department of the tourist passenger transport documents; Fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, military and police vehicles on duty, administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for clearing obstacles sprayed with a uniform logo and on duty, special operation vehicles for gardening and road maintenance; vehicles with "collar" number plates (license plates with red letters on a black background) and vehicles approved for temporary entry. Laws and regulations of other vehicles are not subject to driving routes, driving direction restrictions.
