Article VI training, examination centers should have the following conditions:
(a) must have enough vetted nondestructive testing, nuclear engineering and nuclear safety personnel;
(b) must have the appropriate infrastructure and nondestructive testing equipment, equipment to meet the civil nuclear pressure equipment nondestructive testing personnel training and examination needs. Article VII of the training and examination center's main responsibilities are:
(a) responsible for the application of personnel qualification approval and acceptance;
(b) responsible for nondestructive testing personnel training and examination;
(c) responsible for the examination of the relevant files of qualified personnel, presented to the competent authority of the Technical Qualifications Appraisal Committee; at the same time, should be retained without obtaining the qualification certificate personnel file information;
(c) responsible for the examination of personnel, the relevant files, presented to the competent authority of the Commission; at the same time, should be kept qualifications of the personnel dossier;
(d) is responsible for the competent authority appraisal committee approved test blocks or test pieces for the examination of uniform identification, and the relevant approved materials on file; at the same time to ensure that the test blocks or test pieces for the examination and experimental use of the test blocks or test pieces are strictly separate;
(e) is responsible for the training of the ten days before the training in writing to the training and examination schedule sent to the National Nuclear Security Bureau. Chapter III classification, qualification examination, training and examination of applicants Article VIII of the civilian nuclear pressure equipment nondestructive testing of technical qualifications of personnel are divided into three levels, namely, I, II, Ⅲ. I for the primary level, II for the intermediate level, Ⅲ for senior. Technical qualification appraisal according to the different levels of method respectively. Article IX nondestructive testing personnel at all levels of technical competence and responsibilities are:
(I) I level nondestructive testing personnel should have in the II or III level personnel supervision, guidance, according to the technical instructions for nondestructive testing capabilities, should be able to correct and use of instruments and equipment; test operations; record test results; according to the standard for the test results of the preliminary assessment;
(II) II level Nondestructive testing personnel should be able to determine the process, the preparation of technical specifications; installation and calibration of instruments and equipment, the specific implementation of nondestructive testing; in accordance with regulations, standards and norms, interpretation and evaluation of test results; write and issue reports on test results; familiar with the scope of the corresponding nondestructive testing methods and limitations of the adaptive scope of the nondestructive testing method; training and guidance of level I nondestructive testing personnel and nondestructive testing staff have not yet been certified;
(c) Level III nondestructive examiners shall be fully responsible for determining nondestructive examination techniques and technologies and implementing regulations, standards and codes; they shall fully supervise and manage the conduct of nondestructive examination work; they shall interpret and evaluate the results of the examination in accordance with regulations, standards and codes; they shall be able to design special nondestructive examination methods, techniques and technologies; they shall assist in formulating the relevant acceptance criteria when there are no acceptance criteria to be quoted; they shall be able to design the acceptance criteria for materials, structures and production processes. They should have practical knowledge of materials, structures and production processes and general familiarity with other non-destructive testing methods; and be able to train Level I and Level II personnel in the appropriate non-destructive testing methods. Article X applicants must have the following qualifications:
(a) applicants should have Table 1 and Table 2 requirements of the academic and practical experience, the examination must be qualified after a certain period of training before applying for the examination.
(2) applicants should provide a certificate of vision issued by the hospital, the vision requirements are as follows:
(1) naked eye or corrected visual acuity requirements of 1.0 or more;
(2) the applicant's color vision should be able to distinguish between color contrast related to non-destructive methods of testing.
(3) apply for the application for the examination of pressurized equipment nondestructive testing technology qualification certificate must obtain the appropriate method and level of the "General Technology Qualification Certificate".
