The mode is 2600, which is referred to as temporary entry and exit of goods. This kind of supervision mainly includes:
(1) Goods displayed or used in exhibitions, fairs, conferences and similar activities;
(2) Articles for performances and competitions used in cultural and sports exchange activities;
(3) Instruments, equipment and articles used for news reporting or filming movies and TV programs;
(four) instruments, equipment and supplies used in scientific research, teaching and medical activities;
(5) Vehicles and special vehicles used in the activities listed in items (1) to (4);
(6) Sample goods (excluding unified consignors and consignors who import and export the same goods in excess of a reasonable quantity);
(seven) instruments, equipment and supplies used for charitable activities;
(eight) instruments and tools used for equipment installation, debugging, testing and repair;
(9) containers for holding goods;
(ten) vehicles and their supplies for traveling to go on road trip;
(eleven) equipment, instruments and materials used in engineering construction;
(12) Other temporary inbound and outbound goods approved by the Customs (referring to national key projects and materials with special needs, which need to be reported to the General Administration of Customs for examination and approval).
Among them, the goods temporarily imported by using the Certificate of Temporary Import of Goods (hereinafter referred to as ATA Documentary) are limited to the goods stipulated in the international convention on temporary import of goods that China has joined.
The above-mentioned temporary inbound and outbound goods shall be supervised by the Customs in accordance with the Customs Law and the Measures for the Administration of Temporary Inbound and Outbound Goods in People's Republic of China (PRC). At the same time, since the examination and approval of temporary inbound and outbound goods has been included in the customs administrative licensing items, the customs shall go through the examination and approval procedures for temporary inbound and outbound goods in accordance with the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Customs Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
