How to solve the fault of buried integrated sewage treatment equipment?

As time goes by, machine parts will age first, and many projects will cause accidents because they do not operate as required. For sewage treatment equipment, different accessories have different service lives. The average service life of common accessories such as valves, submersible sewage pumps and fans is 2 to 3 years, while the electronic devices of flowmeters, pipelines and control systems are usually not damaged. According to the different faults, the faults of sewage treatment equipment are generally divided into three levels.

First-class failure: When the local buried integrated sewage treatment equipment has simple problems, it does not need to be disassembled and maintained, and the staff can recover from the failures through on-site operation, such as belt deviation of the dehydrator and high oil temperature of the fan. The material level of automatic flocculation device is too low, and the material level is too low to alarm. When this kind of fault occurs, the leader of the central control team must give guidance to ensure that the maintenance operation will not affect the whole process.

Secondary failure: when the local buried sewage treatment equipment fails, it needs to be disassembled and repaired, and only spare parts need to be replaced or the overall position needs to be adjusted, such as replacing the whole water pump, spare parts, electric valves and other accessories, and the maintenance personnel need to report the phenomenon failure. Meet with the operation supervisor, who will arrange maintenance personnel or personnel replacement or maintenance. If the personnel on duty have not completed the handover, the whole process and remaining problems must be solved clearly in the handover operation.

Level III failure: When the comprehensive sewage treatment equipment fails, the team members can't complete the maintenance and need the supplier or competent professionals to carry out the maintenance. At this time, you must report to the business supervisor in time, and the supervisor will contact and coordinate.

Before replacing the accessories of sewage treatment equipment, the operation of the equipment must be stopped to ensure that the equipment is in a closed state, because all positions of sewage treatment equipment can be connected when working. When replacing parts of sewage treatment equipment, attention should be paid to the installation steps and effects of parts. After replacing the accessories, it is necessary to check whether the equipment can operate normally.
